Technical illustration has the power to make complex processes immediately understandable; and that’s exactly what this project set out to do.

This selection showcases a portion of 200+ open education illustrations created for the Plumbing and Pipe Trades Open Textbooks. Part of an ongoing initiative funded by the Open Education Sustainability Grant from BCcampus, the work supports the development of open educational resources aimed at making post-secondary education in British Columbia more accessible and affordable; reducing the financial burden on students through the use of open textbooks and other open education resources.
