Designing a new brand for Camosun College Child Care Services called for something that could speak to children and adults alike. The concept centred on native birds; each one representing a different preschool or toddler group at the centre, and brought to life through the most pared back lines, shapes and colours possible.

The beauty of such a restrained approach is the flexibility it creates. The illustrations work equally well as colouring pages for little hands, wayfinding tools around the centre, and across informational graphics; a cohesive visual language that feels playful, welcoming, and effortlessly clear.
